Portabello, Apple and Brie Panini on ciabatta with rosemary roasted ports, Gala apples, caramelized onions, dijon mustard, fresh spinach, and double cream brie

FL Cobb Salad Sandwich on toasted wheat flatbread with tomatoes, hummus, avocado, tempeh “bacon”, shredded romaine lettuce, gorgonzola cheese, scallions and toasted pecans

Roasted Veggie Calzone with basil pesto, roasted eggplant, artichoke hearts, capers, mozzarella and parmesan in our homemade pizza dough

Picnic Sandwich with a basil-aioli, fresh mozzarella, roasted bell peppers, artichoke hearts, and arugula on a baguette

Puerto Rico Burrito with brown rice, pinto beans, sweet potatoes, avocado, cilantro and lime in a spinach tortilla

  1. Ladies, the Minorcan clam chowder is probably the best I’ve ever had. Great job and I can’t wait to get back to the farmers market to try more of your delicious creations!
