At du jour our goal is to make really great food using local, seasonal ingredients as much as possible. We believe we can best support our community by purchasing locally, and can do our part to promote the sustainability and growth of our region’s agriculture by using primarily what is fresh and in-season. This all goes to insure that what we provide is truly “of the day”.
